2018-2019 Legacy Project Application

2018-2019 Legacy Project Application

Centurions are once again looking to make an impact!  Will you join us??!

Since 1976, the Centurions Leadership Program has earned a reputation as an unequaled training ground for future Kansas City leaders. Today, the two-year program has more than 80 active Centurions who join more than 1,400 alumni. We are a close-knit group from diverse backgrounds, representing metropolitan area businesses, nonprofits, and the public sector, expanding our personal and professional networks within the group and throughout the community we serve. Centurions volunteer for community service projects, learn about Greater Kansas City at monthly task forces, and get to know each other through social activities and additional programming.

The Centurions Legacy Project started in 2007 with the goal to leave a lasting impact on the greater Kansas City community beyond the two-year program service requirements. Each year, the Legacy Project partners with a local non-profit to engage, create change, and support our collective mission to make Kansas City an even better place to call home.  The project evolves annually to reflect the interests and values of the active Centurions classes and the search for the next Legacy Project to fulfill the 2018-2019 program year has officially begun!

If your team is selected, Centurions will commit to supporting your organization with volunteer hours, potential limited fundraising on behalf of the organization, and (perhaps more importantly) providing greater awareness of your mission and efforts to hundreds of local leaders of today and tomorrow from active and alumni Centurion Classes.  If you’re interested in applying or learning more about the Legacy Project process, the Centurions Leadership Program encourages you to review and complete the online application

Applications are being accepted thru April 30, 2018.
