Since 1976, Centurions Leadership Program has earned its reputation as an unequaled training ground for future Kansas City leaders. Today, the two-year program has more than 70 active Centurions who join more than 1,200 alumni. We are a close-knit group of women and men from diverse backgrounds, expanding our personal and professional networks within the group and throughout the community we serve.
The 2016-2017 Task Forces have been selected:
Mission: Turn the Page KC works to mobilize the community to achieve reading proficiency at grade level or above for all third graders in Kansas City, Missouri.
Centurions will help prepare Turn the Page KC's Early Learning Hub, which will serve as a multi-purpose space to provide parents of birth through five-year-old children resources to support early literacy and healthy childhood development.
Check back in October for the first task force summary of the year.
